Calling a raid off, out loud

A raid that never happened can finally say so, and everyone who signed up hears about it. Every raid post also says how it pays before you sign up.

New
  • 📣 Call it off — for a raid that never ran. Everyone signed up is told to stand down in the raid channel, and the card stops pretending the raid happened.
  • Reopening a called-off raid is just as loud: the stand-down notice is struck through and the roster is told it is back on.
  • Every raid post now carries a payout line — Untaxed, Taxed or Season pool — so you know how you get paid before you sign up.
Fixed
  • A called-off raid can no longer be settled by accident — settling would have erased the fact it was cancelled.

Regear, rebuilt around the evidence

Claims now guide you one loss at a time, officers can say exactly what needs fixing, and every screenshot stays attached to the line it belongs to.

New
  • Officers can split one lumped claim into the real deaths behind it — the payout is unchanged, the statistics stop lying.
  • “Request changes” is now specific: pick what is wrong and which line, and the member’s next screenshot is aimed straight at it.
  • A dedicated regear-officer role: it can review claims and run drives without gaining the rest of an officer’s powers.
Improved
  • The claim panel follows you down the thread and only shows the buttons that apply — no hunting upwards, no dead Submit.
  • Amounts accept 500k, 2.3m and 1kk, and any separator style you type.
  • Forget to submit? One quiet reminder after 15 minutes, naming exactly what is still missing.
Fixed
  • Screenshots could attach to the wrong line when two losses were open at once — they now always follow the line they belong to.
  • Review posts name each screenshot after its line, so officers can tell which image backs which amount.

Multi-party raids & the officer console

One raid, several sub-parties — plus a live officer console thread and gather-time pings.

  • Multi-party templates: split a big raid into sub-parties, shown side by side on the raid card.
  • Officer console: a private thread per raid with a live roster summary; settling posts the breakdown into the raid’s thread and archives it.
  • Gather-time auto-ping: the bot pings the roster when gather time hits.

  • Roster display columns on single-party raid cards; duplicate role slots get numbered (#1, #2).
  • Template boards show the comp structure before you use a template.
