The casino keeps score

Mines grew a board you can read and a difficulty you pick, every seat card carries your running totals, and a new stats view shows what the guild actually plays.

Neu
  • 📊 Player stats — from the leaderboard, the casino table or your own panel. Every game ranked by how often it is played and how much is staked, plus any member’s card: win rate, favourite game, biggest win, best streak. Over 7 days, 30 days or all time.
  • Your seat card carries your running totals — plays, win rate, net, deepest Mines run — right under your balance. They never appear on a card you brag to the channel with.
Verbessert
  • Mines lets you pick your own number of mines, from 1 to 15 — fewer is a slow safe climb, more is a short steep one, and the payouts adjust so the odds are the same deal either way. When a game ends it shows the whole board.
  • The leaderboard tags each leader with their signature game and lists the three most-played underneath.
  • Roulette has been removed. The bet buttons never showed what they paid and the result never said which of your bets won; coinflip and range dice already cover what it offered. Games you played stay in your history and your stats.
Behoben
  • Every game of Mines was labelled “coinflip” wherever a game name appeared, including the leaderboard’s biggest-win line.
  • Seats keep their 20 most recent result cards and tidy older ones away — including seats that had already built up hundreds. Nothing is lost: your full history is in 📊 Player stats and 📜 My plays.

The casino opens

Four new games join coinflip and dice on the casino table, with a pinned board tracking the biggest winners — and the sponsors whose losses fund your regears.

Neu
  • 🎰 Slots (three reels, 7️⃣7️⃣7️⃣ pays 60×), 🎯 Range dice (pick your own target — the harder the roll, the bigger the payout, up to ~24×), 💣 Mines (reveal tiles on a 4×5 grid, cash out before you hit one) and 🎡 Roulette.
  • A pinned leaderboard showing the biggest winners, the biggest action by total wagered, and the top sponsors — the players who have donated most to the house, which is what funds regears. It refreshes about once a minute.
Verbessert
  • Slots lists its paytable on the bet screen, instead of leaving you to work it out from your wins.
  • Roulette chips are only charged when you spin, so ↩️ Undo and 🗑 Clear work and walking away from a board you never spun costs nothing.

Raid cards lay themselves out

Long rosters take a fraction of the scroll, kill cards get a second look in dark stone, and a regear whose estimate is wrong can finally be argued with.

Neu
  • New raids pick each role’s density automatically — one-person roles stay one-liners, big pools render as a readable name list — so a long roster takes a fraction of the scroll on desktop and phone alike. Officers keep control with 📐 Layout in the 🧩 Roles panel; existing raids and templates are untouched until you opt in.
  • Kill cards have a second look: Obsidian — the same card and the same numbers, drawn on dark stone, where the game’s item art and the verdict medallions read brighter. Parchment stays the default.
  • ✏️ Adjust the amount on a regear: when the estimate is wrong for your death, the claim opens as your own builder thread — death pre-added, kill card attached for the officers, amount editable. Your own loadout screenshots are still required, and cancelling frees the death to claim again.
Verbessert
  • The regear confirm panel shows the death card itself and full item names — tier, enchant, quality — beside each price, so you decide about silver while looking at the death rather than at 7-character stubs.
  • Leave a raid’s time blank and it posts now — gather at the next five-minute mark, start five minutes later. The raid board renders at full card width and can carry your guild’s own title, text, colour and banner.
  • Applying to a guild can now show its ping-role menu right in your application thread, so you pick your notification roles while you wait.
Behoben
  • Kill cards put potions and food where the game puts them — potion left, food right, on the bottom gear row. They had been the wrong way round; both card looks are fixed.
  • Pressing 🛡️ Request regear without a linked character now explains exactly that and hands you the link button — and if you link mid-evening, the raid’s own kill records complete the pairing on the spot.

Nothing slips through the feed

Kills and deaths that used to vanish between two reads of Albion’s feed are picked up again, and every kill card can be found by Discord search.

Behoben
  • Kills and deaths that quietly never showed up. Albion’s live feed is read a page at a time and the feed moves between those reads, so events fell into the seam and were picked up by nobody. Deaths were the ones that hurt — kills get re-checked against a second index, deaths have none and were simply lost. Pages now overlap.
  • The ⚙️ cog did nothing on a live giveaway that had at least one entry — it answered “Something went wrong” because the controls no longer fitted one row. They are laid out across rows now.
  • A regear filed from a raid report reached officers with an empty evidence column; it now arrives with the death card attached. Report times show in your own timezone and name the character that died, and the report says when a death could not be listed and why.
Neu
  • 🔎 Search text (off by default) gives each card a line above it — bold names, italic guild tags, “KILLED” — so Discord search finds fights by player name and notifications finally say who killed whom. A linked member’s name is their clickable @, raid-signup style: it never pings, and ping opt-outs are respected.
  • A redrawn gold-and-silver knife for highlight kills, and the regear confirm panel now names what the estimate does not cover — cape, mount, bag, potion and food — and what they were worth.

Giveaways that announce themselves

A giveaway can ping the people who would want it, a host can take someone out of their own draw, and the bench starts getting paid by default.

Neu
  • 🔔 on the giveaway hub picks a role to notify. With one set, a new giveaway pings it, hosts get a 🔔 Bump to re-announce an open one, and two optional extras appear: a reminder 30 minutes before it closes, and a note to everyone who entered when it draws. All off until an officer picks the role.
  • A host can remove someone from their draw — each entrant has a ✖️ on their own row, and it works on a raid raffle too, where there was previously no way to take anyone out at all. Removals are per giveaway, never a server-wide ban, and ↩️ Allow back undoes them.
Verbessert
  • The bench now gets paid: sitting standby on a raid earns a full share of the loot, taxed like everyone else’s — on by default from this release. Attendance points for the bench stay off unless your officers turn them on.
  • A giveaway card names who is in it, not just how many — and on a raid raffle, who signed up. A death in the Depths wears its own molten skull, and highlight kills get a new medallion: the dagger on deep crimson.
  • The raid report says when regear claims shut, and shows no claim button at all when no board is open — it used to offer one that refused two clicks later. A report that arrives after the raid was settled is posted quietly, instead of pinging a thread everyone had finished with.
Behoben
  • `/giveaway image:` with no draft open used to be refused outright; it now saves the cover and puts it on the next giveaway you create, including a 🎁 Raffle from a raid.

The Depths, read right

Gear you keep in a gear-safe instance is no longer counted as gear you lost — and the cards wear new art to say which fight they came from.

Behoben
  • Depths kills where one player landed every hit are now recognised as Depths: the card excludes the gear the victim kept, and it can no longer trip a highlight channel or offer a regear claim on equipment that never dropped. A kill whose party size Albion under-reported had the same problem.
Neu
  • New kill-card art: crossbow and dagger medallions, a Depths medallion for kills down there, and a gold skull for an expensive death — which can now be marked like a big kill when it clears a highlight channel’s floor.
  • Medallions and the fame and silver icons are pressed into the parchment instead of sitting on top of it, and the Depths tag is now just DEPTHS instead of a sentence.

What the loot is really worth

Kill cards can show what the Black Market would actually pay, prices stop being dragged up by a single listing, and the loot line stops overpromising.

Neu
  • A BLACK MARKET row under the loot — off by default — with BUY ORDER (what the Black Market pays on the spot) and SELL ORDER (what its listings ask) for the victim’s whole kit. When one side has quotes for fewer items, it says so: SELL ORDER 240K (3 OF 12).
Verbessert
  • A lone inflated listing can no longer drag a thinly-traded item’s price up — one of them was adding about 7m to a single card. The loot line now says CARRIED rather than LOOT, because it is what the victim was hauling: Albion destroys a share of it on death, so the bag you pick up is always smaller.
  • You can stop the bot @-mentioning you on the killboard from /menu → Me → 🔕 Killboard pings. This was always possible with a command, but nobody could find it.

One report per raid, and an honest bonus

The turn-up bonus arrives whole and reaches everyone who raided, regear claims move onto one report per raid, and your fights get pages anyone can open.

Verbessert
  • The participation bonus is no longer taxed: a 100k bonus credits 100k, where it used to credit 80k at 10%/10% tax. Your loot share is taxed exactly as before.
  • The bonus now reaches everyone on the raid, pugs and allies included. It is pay for turning up, so it no longer depends on whether you are taxed — members get it on their balance, pugs get it added to the silver handed over in game.
Neu
  • Regear claims live on a raid report instead of on every kill card: one report in the raid’s thread listing every death from that raid, with a single 🛡️ Request regear button that shows you your own deaths to pick from.
  • Your guild’s kills and battles have public web pages anyone can open and share — no login, no Discord needed. Coverage is the fights already tracked, and a guild can be removed from the public board on request.
Behoben
  • A screenshot attached to a claim could quietly disappear from the officers’ review card about a day later, making a good claim look like it had no evidence. The bot keeps its own copy now.
2. Aug. 2026

Kill values you can trust

Cards were reading about 20% low, and a big fight could outrun the feed entirely. Both are fixed, and Albion’s own battle record now backfills what was missed.

Behoben
  • Enchanted gear, potions and food were counted as worth nothing, so cards read about 20% low — a kill the game valued at 10.8M showed as 8.6M. When something still cannot be priced, the card says so (11/14 PRICED) instead of presenting a partial figure as the total.
Neu
  • Cards the bot missed in a big fight turn up anyway. Albion keeps its own complete record of every large battle, and the bot cross-checks it — anything the live feed dropped is recovered and posted, marked “recovered from battle record”, with the regear button intact. It also reads far deeper into the feed each pass.

Killboard in about a minute

Setting up kills and deaths no longer needs a checklist — and a raid can no longer end up with two regear boards.

Neu
  • Killboard kills and deaths can be set up in about a minute — the bot will even make the channels for you.
Behoben
  • A raid can no longer end up with two regear boards, so there is never a question of which one to file your claim on.
  • Kills no longer go missing when the bot cannot post in the channel they were routed to, and big kills no longer show up in the normal channel but never in the highlight one during a busy fight — which can now filter on loot silver as well as fame.

Giveaways, a paid bench, and raids that count double

The biggest release so far: prize draws that run themselves, a bench that can earn a full share, raids worth more attendance — and the killboard pings that had never worked for anyone.

Neu
  • Giveaways: a card with an Enter button that draws itself at its deadline, announces the winners and DMs them. Silver prizes land in your balance automatically; an item prize says the host hands it over in game.
  • Raid raffles: officers can draw for everyone on a raid’s roster — signing up is how you enter, the bench is included, and the roster is read at the draw, so joining late still counts. Once officers set a giveaway channel, members can host their own, staked from their balance the moment they post.
  • A giveaway can pay different prizes by place, require a linked in-game name so the prize can reach you, or be weighted by attendance: one ticket each plus one per point from the last four weeks, up to ten — and you are told your own ticket count when you enter. Everyone always keeps at least one.
  • Where officers turn it on, the bench earns a full share of the loot and/or attendance points, and the raid card says what a bench seat is worth before you take one. Raids can also count for more — “⚖️ Counts ×2 for attendance” — and officers can add a flat bonus per member when they settle, which a raid that looted nothing can still pay.
  • 🪄 Auto regear boards (opt-in) open a board at gather time for every taxed raid, and a board nobody used removes itself a couple of hours later. You can also pick your own roles from a board of buttons, and callers can move a whole raid between voice channels in one click.
Behoben
  • Killboard pings and the 🛡️ Request regear button on your own death cards had never worked for anyone: the bot never recorded which Albion character belonged to which member. Linking with /ign set is now all it takes.
  • A regear request filed from a death card reached nobody — no review card was created, so no officer could see or approve it. And a personal killboard feed could stay empty while you paid for it weekly; existing subscriptions repair themselves within a minute.

Applying, with the rules in front of you

Guilds can put their rules and their proof requirements into the application itself, instead of hoping you read them somewhere else.

Neu
  • Where a guild requires it, applying asks you to read the guild rules and click I Agree — either before the application form opens or in your application thread, with approval waiting until you do.
  • 📸 Some guilds ask for a screenshot of your in-game stats when you apply — upload it in your application thread when the bot asks, and you are done.

Multi-party raids & the officer console

One raid, several sub-parties — plus a live officer console thread and gather-time pings.

Neu
  • Multi-party templates: split a big raid into sub-parties, shown side by side on the raid card.
  • Officer console: a private thread per raid with a live roster summary; settling posts the breakdown into the raid’s thread and archives it.
  • Gather-time auto-ping: the bot pings the roster when gather time hits.
Verbessert
  • Roster display columns on single-party raid cards; duplicate role slots get numbered (#1, #2).
  • Template boards show the comp structure before you use a template.
Behoben
  • Sub-party-aware officer assignment and roster parsing edge cases.

Web dashboard & white-label go-live

Guild Butler goes live: sign in with Discord to see your guild’s economy, and Pro guilds get their own branded bot.

Neu
  • Web dashboard at app.guild-butler.com — balances, payouts, and raids at a glance.
  • White-label: a dedicated bot with your guild’s name and avatar, auto-registered on invite.
Verbessert
  • Member names in the dashboard and hardened deploys.
28. Juni 2026

Officer panel

A dedicated panel for officers to run the raid day without touching commands.

Neu
  • Officer panel: manage signups, roles, and settlement from buttons.
Behoben
  • Regear info-loop on repeated requests.
27. Juni 2026

Raid board & templates v2

A simpler raid builder, a public raid board, and reusable comp templates.

Neu
  • Raid board + simplified builder with date prefill and a Roles button.
  • Templates v2: public and personal templates, PvP/PvE presets, a menu hub, and database backups.
Verbessert
  • Raid-post polish: cleaner title, bolder role layout, bench tag; the regear panel survives restarts.
Behoben
  • Preset edit-mode.
26. Juni 2026

Regear phase 2 & economy tools

Routine regears clear themselves, and officers get payout and reclassify tools.

Neu
  • Optional auto-approve threshold for routine regears.
  • Economy payout & reclassify tools for officers.
Verbessert
  • Ukrainian regear terminology and localized command descriptions.

Foundation

The core is born: settlement math, membership and attendance, and the staged settle flow on Discord.

Neu
  • Settlement engine: gross loot in, fair buckets out — reconciled to the coin.
  • Membership, attendance tracking, and the staged settle flow.
