When an officer opens, refreshes or closes 📦 Loot, the raid sweeps
in everything its members captured during it — including what they captured
before anyone opened the session. Each member’s capture counts as one
independent source however many times it is refreshed, and a member on two
overlapping raids has each pickup land on exactly one of them.
Several files back each other up. A pickup seen by only one file is marked
⚠︎ in the report; a looter with no linked Discord shows
🔗 and a nudge to run /ign set, so the
report names people, not characters. Outside looters — pugs, allies, whoever else was
there — are set apart under 🚪 Outside looters.
🔄 Refresh pulls in new uploads. 🧾 Close & post
report posts the card publicly and freezes the session: a file dropped
afterwards gets a reply saying it was not recorded, and reopening notes that the closed
session keeps its earlier evidence. If a member’s lines did not attach, the empty report
says why — no start time on the raid, lines outside the raid’s window, or an uploader
who is not on the roster — instead of showing “0 pickups” against an app that says
“1,087 lines sent”.
